If you have any problems then feel free to contact us on here firstname.lastname@example.org
Are there any requirements?
There are NO requirements! You don't even have to EVER post our products.
How can I trust that you will actually pay me?
We understand your concern of getting paid correctly for all sales you refer and also getting paid on time, to ease your concerns we use a third party trusted software called Affiliatly to manage tracking and payments.
You can look up the software online and see the credibility of it for yourself so you can be reassured knowing you will be properly reimbursed when using our affiliate program.
How often should I promote your products?
It's entirely up to you. We would only recommend promoting them a maximum of 3 times per week however.
I run an Instagram page. Should I use regular posts or story posts to promote?
You should do both and alternate it. A certain percentage of your audience will only see your regular page posts and another percentage will only see your story posts. So to give yourself you best chance of success and making lots of commissions mix it up.
Where can I promote with my affiliate link?
You can promote our products wherever you like on social media, blogs, website or anywhere else. The more places the better!
Can I promote on more than 1 social media account?
Absolutely go for it!
How can I promote a specific product or collection?
We actually recommend promoting a specific product/collection instead of just sending users to the homepage of the site. But how do you do this? If you look at your affiliate link it will be something like this: http://www.superherogearstore.com?aff=123 notice the ?aff=123 on the end of the link. That is your affiliate reference, and all affiliates have a unique affiliate number. So if you add that to the end of any link it will make it an affiliate link and you will earn a commission when someone buys some products through it. e.g
Important: Don't forget to change the number to your own affiliate number
