Q. How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?

We source our products globally to allow us to find the best variety of products, at competitive prices. Products with high demand will take 2-4 weeks for delivery. 

Q. I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products.
Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way!

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide. 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept Paypal & Stripe at this moment, if you don't have a Paypal account you can still enter your card details on the Paypal page without having an account. It just makes your shopping experience safer and this way you're protected.

Q. I just placed an order but want to add more to it! Can I?

No sorry! You will have to create a new order. 

Q. Where is my order confirmation? 

Order confirmations are automatically sent as soon as we have received it. If you haven't received an email within 24 hours please check you have entered your email correctly and check your spam folder. If you have any worries feel free to contact us!

We are focused on sourcing the best products our customers, as a result, we are constantly researching and adding new quality products to our store.

Q. How do you ensure the quality of your product?

We have a dedicated sourcing team that works directly with manufacturers abroad. We test everything before we send it to you.

Q. How to order?

1. Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
2. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
3. Click "Check Out" in the pop up window.
4. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"
5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
6. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

Q. Free products?

Occasionally we do a free product promotion. To be fair to all customers, and to give everyone a chance of taking advantage of the promotion we ask that you only add a maximum of 4 free products to your cart per order. Orders that do ot adhere to this may be refunded and cancelled.
